Ayesha accuses the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a) of being bewitched

Allah narrates in the Holy Quran,

وَقَالَ الظَّالِمُونَ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا رَجُلًا مَّسْحُورًا

“… and the unjust (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.) say: "You follow none but a man bewitched."
Surah Furqan (25):Verse 8

And Allah says about magicians in the Holy Quran thus,

وَلَا يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَىٰ

“… and the magician will not succeed wherever he is."
Surah Taha (20): Verse 69

Despite this Ayesha claims that magicians successfully bewitched the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.).

Narrated Aisha:
Once the Prophet (s.a.w.a.) was bewitched so that he began to imagine that he had done a thing which in fact he had not done.
Sahih Bukhari Book 58 Hadith 17

Narrated `Aisha:
Allah's Messenger (s.a.w.a.) was affected by magic, so much that he used to think that he had done something which in fact, he did not do,…
Sahih Bukhari Book 80 Hadith 86
